The vacuum mixing and degassing mixer not only stirs, disperses, and degasses, but also enables the reliable high-density transfer and filling of vacuum-mixed and degassed materials from the mixer container to syringes or other irregular containers without the reintroduction of air bubbles. By utilizing centrifugal force under vacuum, it allows for extremely quick transfer and filling operations. It significantly reduces defects caused by the reintroduction of air bubbles and greatly contributes to improved yield. Furthermore, the high-density transfer and filling using centrifugal force leaves almost no material remaining in the mixing container. This not only reduces material loss but also makes cleaning operations easier.
