The roll film used is slit into specified columns on this machine, and while forming tubes for each column, it is filled and packaged in between songs. By adopting a servo motor for the main drive unit, we have simplified the adjustment of pitch changes and filling timing, and have also implemented a system for file management of a wide variety of filling and packaging data. By selecting the weighing method, it can accommodate a wide range of products.
