【Features】 ○ Compound cycle threading It is possible to manufacture any type of screw, from metric screws to tapered screws and trapezoidal screws, using machine control. ○ Polar coordinate interpolation mode The rotation of the spindle (C-axis) can be synchronized with the feed of the X-axis. For example, when used in conjunction with a T-slot cutter, it allows for easy processing from round bars to polygonal bars. ○ Helical processing of end mills A processing method that cuts into the Z-axis while drawing an arc. Even for features like pin holes on the end face, it can be achieved with just an end mill in three steps: center drill → drill → reamer, without the need for a pilot hole.
