In 1971, the current president, Akio Aoyama, founded the company in Osaka. Adhering to a unique philosophy that involves selling exclusively to specialized distributors without any direct sales to end users, the company has maintained this approach to this day. In 1973, a new headquarters building was constructed at the current location, and a Tokyo branch was established simultaneously. Additionally, in 1994, a new venture called "Metal Art Team Figure" was launched to produce and sell monuments, objects, and exteriors. Alongside this, a specialized in-house workshop for metal art production was completed on the premises of the Kansai distribution center, engaging in the creation of monuments, objects, and interior/exterior designs, with many works winning awards in competitions.
