We manufacture and sell industrial equipment such as electric upsetters that apply joule heating and forging automation devices that utilize induction heating.
Hot forging is a very specialized field where materials such as steel are heated to 1000-1200°C and plastically deformed to create strong components. It is used in various industrial products, starting with automotive parts. This hot forging environment is often disliked as a "3K workplace" (dirty, dangerous, and demanding), but it is undeniably essential. We have been assisting in freeing workers from the burdens of this hot and dirty environment by automating the equipment in this challenging field. Leveraging our extensive experience in high-temperature environments, we have become a unique equipment manufacturer capable of supporting automation for both major heating methods in hot forging: "Joule heating" and "induction heating." In particular, our technology for electric upsetters for engine valves using "Joule heating" has achieved stable molding reproducibility by accommodating special materials through our unique control technology. Additionally, in response to the recent trend of labor shortages in manufacturing, we have noticed an increasing demand for multi-joint robots across various industries. We not only create original dedicated machines but also propose automation equipment and transport systems utilizing robots.

basic information
"Numerical Control Upsetter for Engine Valves" All necessary conditions for molding have been quantified, making the molding adjustment process, which relied on skilled workers, much easier. Thanks to our uniquely developed feedback control, shape changes during continuous molding do not occur as they do with conventional electric upsetters. "Upset Forging Automation Device" This is an automation device that quickly transports workpieces formed by the upsetter to a forging press and performs the forging and extraction operations. It consists of an upsetter, high-speed transport conveyor, press loader/unloader, and release agent spraying device, forming a system that controls the entire process up to the forging press. "High-Frequency Heating Forging Automation Device" This is an automatic transport device that incorporates a high-frequency heating device. It controls the feeding of workpieces based on the characteristics of the heating coil, inserting the workpieces into the mold at the optimal heating state and performing extraction from the press. "Extrusion Hot Forging Automation Device" This is an automation device that receives workpieces heated by a high-frequency heating device, quickly inserts them into the mold, and performs extraction. It includes inspection devices for checking the outer diameter, total length, and material of the workpieces fed into the heating coil, as well as feeding devices, handling devices, release agent spraying, temperature management, and a system that controls the forging press as a whole.

Company information
We are an equipment manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacturing of automation equipment established in 1950. "Technology-oriented company" means prioritizing quality, challenging advanced technologies, and reducing costs through rational production. "Customer first" is a catchphrase that represents a foundation of trust and reliability, thorough customer service, and anticipating customer needs. We can consistently handle everything from development and design (mechanical and electrical) to manufacturing, and we own a large assembly factory. Out of our 120 employees, we have a group of engineers consisting of 30 design engineers and 40 assembly technicians, and we excel in custom-made development and design. We develop large equipment such as newspaper printing rotary presses in-house and provide design, manufacturing, and after-service. In the field of conveying equipment, our newspaper conveying carriers hold the number one domestic market share, and we also offer three-dimensional measurement services utilizing existing technologies and automation equipment for the plate-making process in commercial printing. Additionally, we are actively working on equipment incorporating new technologies, such as automation equipment using multi-joint robots and automation equipment characterized by image analysis.
