We propose various advantages that are not found in conventional cooling methods.
1. Easy integration into existing manufacturing lines ⇒ The compact vertical design requires an installation area of about 1.5 square meters. 2. No worries about contamination ⇒ The use of heat exchange plates ensures that the product remains non-contact with the refrigerant. 3. Extremely low running costs ⇒ No need for refrigerant blower fans or bag filters. 4. Improved sugar quality ⇒ Sugar moves slowly, preventing particle degradation and friction. 5. Easy temperature management of sugar due to uniform heat conduction ⇒ Humidity management is also possible. 6. Minimal maintenance required ⇒ There are very few moving parts.

basic information
This is a heat exchange system by Solex Thermal Science Inc. (The company changed its name from Bulk Flow in 2008.) The Solex cooler consists of three sectors: Upper: Hopper Middle: Cooling section Lower: Discharge section Sugar is continuously fed into the upper hopper. Heat exchange plates are laid out inside the device, and the sugar descends under its own weight through the gaps. Once the sugar fills the cooling section, the discharge process to the next stage begins by opening the valve in the discharge section. A level sensor in the upper hopper detects the sugar level and controls the discharge valve to maintain a constant level. Founded in Tokyo in 1948 by German entrepreneur Klaus Koerens, our company was the first German trading company allowed to resume business in Japan after the war. Since our establishment, we have walked alongside Japanese companies through Japan's reconstruction, modernization, and the period of rapid economic growth. Throughout our history of over 75 years, our constant passion has been to introduce cutting-edge technologies from Europe to companies active in various industries in Japan. At the same time, the diverse feedback from our Japanese customers has been reflected back to European suppliers, resulting in many instances of refined technology. We take pride in the fact that we continue to be a leading German trading company in Japan, as this reflects the high regard our efforts have received from both customers and suppliers. Moving forward, we will continue to stand between our Japanese customers and overseas manufacturers, being mindful of differences in business practices, culture, tradition, and behavior, and striving to create better relationships based on mutual respect. Furthermore, we will not only focus on product sales but also make efforts to provide long-term after-sales service to our customers after delivery.
