New initiative at ECO: Radioactive waste volume reduction treatment device
Crushing the non-combustible lead gloves, combustible F-size filters (610×610×305 HEPA filters), inner rings, airtight plugs, acrylic panels, and non-combustible protective materials (hereinafter referred to as melon balls) that are discarded from nuclear material handling facilities and equipment. The non-combustible materials will undergo compression and vacuum reduction treatment to optimize storage space. Additionally, the combustible materials will be crushed into chip shapes to improve combustion efficiency in the incinerator.

basic information
【Features】 ○ Non-combustible waste and combustible/difficult-to-burn waste can be processed with a single device. ○ Crushing, compression molding, vacuum volume reduction, and packing processing can be performed in a series of steps. ○ The rotating blades can be used twice by flipping them. ○ Fire-resistant tiles can also be crushed. (Fire-resistant tiles: SK-34, etc.) However, the lifespan of the crushing blades may be shortened depending on the materials and quantities processed. ○ Metals can also be crushed. (φ4 wire, spray cans, screws M5 and below) However, the lifespan of the crushing blades may be shortened depending on the materials and quantities processed. ○ The size of the crushed material can be adjusted by changing the diameter of the discharge hole on the discharge plate. ○ The vacuum volume reduction plastic bags for packing processing do not require sealing by a sealer. ○ A double zipper sealing method is employed. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
