We mainly process lead screws with diameters from Φ2.0 to Φ3.0, as well as lead screws and worm screws in the range of Φ1.5 to Φ15.0, and we also accommodate fixed machining up to Φ38.0. Unusual items include Φ5 lead with a pitch of 32.0, 5-start screws, and variable pitches. In cutting, we possess quality technology that allows for an outer diameter tolerance of 3μ, roundness of 1μ, and surface roughness of Ry0.5 or less.
