ACME screws At the request of our customers, we can also provide a low-cost version that only involves cutting processing for lead screws. Additionally, in the case of mass production, it is also possible to manufacture the screw shafts using rolling processing. As a special lead screw, we can accommodate types where the nut is made of resin. In this case, mass production can also be done using injection molding with molds.

Opening and closing feed screw This is a feed screw with left and right screws processed on a single axis, each equipped with a nut. A single motor performs the opening and closing motion of the left and right nuts, enabling precise positioning and width adjustment. The shape of the nut can be freely manufactured.
