The most stable shape found in nature is said to be the honeycomb. When this hexagonal prism is artificially recreated as an aluminum honeycomb core and aligned, it achieves astonishing strength. It has been proven in more demanding fields such as aircraft wings and the floors of Shinkansen trains. This structural material is expanding its applications to building eaves, roofs, and walls, and more recently to pallets for transporting LCD glass and arms for handling glass. The new honeycomb panels, enhanced by a vacuum adhesive method, have been reborn as reliable products that can meet all needs.

【Features】 ○ The surface material of the aluminum panel, honeycomb core material, frame material, decorative curtain board, and rain gutter are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. ○ Panels made of different materials, such as stainless steel or titanium for the aluminum surface material, and ceramic or paper core for the core material, are also available. ○ The standard surface treatment for the surface material is fluoropolymer baked coating (40μm).
