It is possible to measure the angle of repose and the angle of flow using the cylindrical rotation method.
It prevents the scattering of the sample and allows for stable measurements without exposure to the outside air.

basic information
The sample must be a powder or granular material with good fluidity; otherwise, the measurements will be unstable. For adhesive powders, the cohesive forces between particles cannot be loosened by the weight of the particles alone, leading to intermittent surface flow or collapse. The sample is placed inside a measuring bottle, completely isolating it from the atmosphere, preventing it from absorbing moisture or drying out, allowing for accurate measurements. By using the attached vacuum cock, the internal pressure can be reduced, expelling moisture and organic materials for measurement. Additionally, measurements can be taken in a special atmosphere by replacing with gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, or helium. The rotational adjustment employs stepless variable speed control, ensuring durability for long-term use without concerns of malfunction.
