This device is primarily used to impregnate insulating oil into electrical materials. It thoroughly degasses and dehumidifies transformers, coils, capacitor cables, etc., in a vacuum chamber to deeply impregnate them with insulating oil, enhancing the electrical characteristics of the products. Additionally, it is widely used for applications such as impregnating wood fibers with water-repellent and flame-retardant materials, and for enhancing the quality and durability of castings by impregnating them with plastics. There are both non-heated and heated types, with the heated types including oil bath and electric options. Pressure-assisted options are also available.
