We mainly handle mold design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM), new models, repairs, modifications, and parts processing and finishing (mirror polishing) primarily for the automotive sector, including dashboard components, console boxes, airbag-related parts, and door-related parts. A mold refers to the shape created for the product we want to make, which is then used as a basis for producing the product. In the case of metal products, a high strength is required for the mold's components because large pressure is needed when pouring the product material into the mold or when ejecting the formed product from the mold. Therefore, the components of the mold are primarily made of metal materials, making the mold very robust and heavy. Molds are essential for producing the same shaped items accurately and at a lower cost in mass production.
