Wire cutting processing is a specialty of our company. We use φ0.25 brass wire to process mold parts and machine components. Our wire cutting CAM is developed in-house specifically for our use, and compared to commercial CAM, the data creation time is overwhelmingly faster, and it automatically recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of processing conditions. We can also perform mold-specific processes such as R relief machining and straight & tapered machining to prevent burrs.
