What we are particular about is <accuracy>. In the pursuit of this to the fullest, we decided to introduce development equipment from the Furuya Industrial brand. As a result, we achieved a diameter tolerance of 8/1000 and coaxiality of 1/100 in lathe reaming. Additionally, in cutting processes using NC lathes, we improved the shape of the machine's claws, achieving roundness of less than 0.003. Furthermore, in milling processes, we achieved a surface roughness level of 1.7S, equivalent to "polishing," solely through cutting processes, resulting in cost reduction.
