Entrance Packing Manufacturing Method Let's take the example of manufacturing an oval packing with an outer diameter of 2m or more. The process of product manufacturing varies depending on the shape and dimensions of the packing. 1. CAD Drawing We check the drawings and CAD data received from the customer. 2. Creation of a Template We send the data from step 1 to a plotter to create a template. 3. Manufacturing the Sector-Shaped Packing We vulcanize the packing using a mold with approximate dimensions. 4. Jointing We process the sector-shaped packing made in step 3 to connect them. After that, we integrate the sector-shaped packing using vulcanized joints. (For small diameters, it is a single piece.) 5. Processing (Cutting, etc. Final Finishing) We align the template from step 2 with the jointed packing from step 4 and cut it. It will be the same as the packing drawn in step 1. 6. Completion
