A filter that utilizes the interference phenomenon of reflected light occurring at the interface of a thin film, allowing for the arbitrary selection and transmission of specific wavelengths.
Compared to absorption-type colored glass and filters such as gelatin, it is possible to limit the transmitted wavelength range, resulting in a filter with extremely clear contrast.

basic information
【Product Lineup】 ◯ MIF-S (Metal Interference Filter) The optical spacing between two metal films allows maximum transmission of light at specific wavelengths that are half or integer multiples of that wavelength, while almost completely blocking other light. ◯ MIF-W (Metal Interference Filter) A narrow-band filter with a clean cut at the edges, consisting of five layers formed by stacking two MIF-S type interference filters. ◯ DIF-A/B/C (All-Dielectric Interference Filter) A type that replaces the semi-transparent metal film of the MIF-S type with a dielectric multilayer film, allowing for sharp wavelength limitation of transmitted light. ◯ DIF-BPF-1/2/3/4/5 (All-Dielectric Interference Filter) A type that replaces the semi-transparent metal film of the MIF-W type with a dielectric multilayer film, enabling relatively wide wavelength selection with a broad half-width. ◯ PIF-BPF A filter manufactured using a plasma ion process, known for its excellent durability and environmental resistance. ● For more details, please contact us.
