Developed a drawing processing technology for aluminum laminate that can be drawn to a depth of up to 10mm plus alpha using precision molds and servo press equipment.
Aluminum laminate film is used in secondary batteries (lithium-ion batteries) and is a field expected to develop in the future. However, the drawing process of aluminum laminate has faced issues, as it cannot uniformly stretch the film (laminate) deeply, leading to problems such as uneven thickness and torn corners when the depth is increased. In response, our company has developed a drawing processing technology for aluminum laminate that can achieve depths of up to 10mm + α using precision molds and servo press equipment. This technology allows for processing up to 10mm at nearly right angles without tearing the corners. Furthermore, when combined with a small servo press, processing with hoop materials is also possible.
