We offer a low-cost, compact module for transporting a small quantity of various micro and fine parts.
By merging handling and image recognition, it has been developed as a supply unit for various types of parts in a single device. As a supply module, it is designed with a focus on integration into assembly machines and transport devices, making it more suitable for use on production lines compared to conventional products. By specializing in pick-and-place functionality, miniaturization has been achieved.

basic information
◆Supports multiple varieties with a single unit This device enables the transport, alignment, and supply of fine parts simply by registering the parts' images and changing and setting the head. (It can also accommodate specially shaped parts.) Additionally, the special transport head ensures that even tiny parts can be reliably aligned without being blown away. ◆Simultaneous transport of multiple parts of the same size This system, specialized for low-volume, high-variety production and sorting of fine workpieces, can process multiple workpieces at once. It offers high precision, capable of distinguishing fine differences of about 20μm when using a 5-megapixel camera. Therefore, it can accurately sort out non-standard workpieces (or debris, chips, etc.) when they are mixed in. ◆Reduces damage to workpieces By adopting a feeder unit similar to that of a micro parts sorter, we have minimized contact between parts during alignment and transport, thereby reducing the occurrence of scratches.
