Please feel free to consult us about items that seem too large to process.
The oversized workpiece is placed on a cart and brought into the blast room, where the operator manually operates the nozzle to blast the workpiece using abrasive material (particles) that is injected from the nozzle by compressed air from the compressor. The abrasive material after blasting is collected by a recovery conveyor, transported by a bucket elevator, and returned to the blast tank through a separator for recycling.
