Shinsei Shoji was established in 1974 as the overseas sales division of wire butt welding machines for Hakusan Seisakusho Co., Ltd. In 1985, it entered into a dealership agreement with Clinton Company (spark testers) in the United States and began importing equipment for wire manufacturing. In recent years, it has started handling load cells and web guides from Swiss company FMS, receiving positive feedback from customers in the film, sheet, and printing sectors.
