CleanSEQ is a fluorescent dye terminator removal purification kit used after Sanger sequencing reactions. Sanger sequencing reaction kits are expensive and are generally used in a diluted form. However, dilution can lead to reduced fluorescence intensity, resulting in decreased sequence read lengths.
