We provide powder coating from mass-produced products to small lot custom colors, meeting the quality requirements desired by our customers.

When considering the adoption of powder coating, one of the factors to take into account is the color matching of the paint. For repeat products in specified colors, large-scale color matching can be accommodated by various powder coating manufacturers using polyester resin or epoxy-polyester resin. Additionally, for small lot items or spot products, we recommend selecting from the standard stock colors of paint manufacturers. You can choose from the standard RAL colors (188 colors) of Tiger Drylac or the color card (171 colors) from Kubo Ko Paint. We also support small-scale color matching starting from 15 kg per box. Please feel free to inquire about the standard colors from paint manufacturers and color matching options.

Powder coatings are charged as they pass through the tip of the electrostatic gun or inside the electrostatic gun, and they adhere to the workpiece due to Coulomb force. The method of charging includes the corona charging method, where a high voltage of 30 to 100 kV is applied through a corona pin located at the tip of the gun, and the tribo charging method, which utilizes the friction charging generated when the powder coating passes through the gun along with the conveying air. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, but our company offers both types of powder coating guns with cutting-edge technology, considers the shapes of each product, and provides the optimal coating film at a low cost using the best method as required by the customer. Additionally, our company is capable of powder coating products up to 2600 mm in length.
