A special cam has been designed to ensure that the total amount of liquid discharged from the three cylinders remains constant. During the discharge stroke, each plunger moves at three different speeds, and whether discharging with one plunger or two, the total amount is always designed to be equal. Moreover, since the flow rates on the discharge and suction sides are always equal, there is no strain in any of the strokes, and cavitation is also minimized. Additionally, the movement of the check balls at the upper and lower dead centers is smooth, preventing leaks and eliminating uneven wear on the valve seats and check balls. As a result, long-term high-precision transfer can be maintained. Furthermore, the liquid-contacting moving parts, such as the cam and plungers, are processed with high precision at the micron level, enhancing their accuracy to ±0.1%.
