Non-pulsating pump, metering pump, precision pump. This is a non-pulsating pump manufactured by our company, with all wetted parts made of non-metal materials. It retains the overwhelming metering capability of the HY series, while also being able to handle cases where metal ions are undesirable or when dealing with highly corrosive liquids such as strong acids. Additionally, its pressure resistance has reached an unprecedented 5MPa for a non-metal pump (in the case of PEEK).

The materials used for the liquid contact parts are PEEK or PTFE. The HYM series maintains its high accuracy (±0.1% for water, at 5 R.P.M. or higher, and at 1MPa). * Please consult us for use below 5 R.P.M. * Please consult us for use with a viscosity of 100 mPa·s or higher. * Due to the material properties of PTFE, the dimensional expansion rate is significant, so please consult us for use in the range of 18 to 22°C. * Please consult us for use outside the specified temperature range.
