Conventional rotary pumps have difficulty increasing pressure to over 1 MPa when handling low-viscosity liquids such as water, and their efficiency is very poor. Body: The housing is made of forged brass or cast stainless steel, ensuring durability. Rotor: The rotor is made of hard carbon. Bearings: The use of three bearings provides a durable and reliable structure, guaranteeing optimal performance. *The external ball bearing and the two internal carbon graphite bearings maintain high durability throughout the entire structure. *The external ball bearing is located outside the chamber where liquid enters, pre-lubricated and sealed for long-term use without maintenance. Seal: The rotor shaft is sealed with a mechanical seal. *Standard pumps use a nitrile rubber O-ring. The standard mechanical seal has a sealing surface made of carbon graphite and a seat made of ceramic. *Ethylene propylene and Viton are also available.
