Structure: The body cover is made of pressure-resistant cast iron or zinc-based alloy (or lightweight alloy) that can withstand pressures of 0.5 MPa or more. Inside, it consists of three types of plates made of steel that form the filter axis: filter plates, spacer plates, and cleaning plates, which are alternately stacked on the main shaft and the sub-shaft with handles. The cover is equipped with an air vent at the top and a plug at the bottom of the tank for discharging impurities. Features: The oil, pressurized by natural pressure due to the drop in height or by pumps, enters through the inlet and undergoes a cleaning action as it passes through the gaps between the filter plates. In other words, the filter plates separate clean oil from impurities (oil residue, debris), and as these impurities gradually accumulate, they block the filter openings and reduce the filtration rate. This condition is the same as the traditional mesh type; however, with the auto-cleaner, by lightly rotating the upper handle in any direction, the accumulated impurities are scraped off by the cleaning plate fixed to the sub-shaft, immediately renewing and restoring the filtration function. This means that the operation of the machinery and equipment can continue without the need to interrupt for cleaning. Impurities: The impurities that accumulate at the bottom of the oil tank do not remain constant depending on the filtration rate, but generally, the plug should be removed and the impurities discharged approximately every 5-7 days. Additionally, it is possible to replace the plug with a valve.
