★Structure Main Body: The housing is made of cast iron. Rotor: The external gear (inner rotor) is fixed to the shaft with a key, while the internal gear (outer rotor) is assembled in a position that is eccentrically offset from the center of the inner rotor by a certain value, engaging with it. The shaft is made of iron, but there are also versions with a ceramic coating on the surface. Seal: Depending on the properties and temperature of the liquid used, you can choose from three types: nitrile, Viton, and Teflon. ★Types Shaft Insertion Type: The pump shaft is directly inserted into the drive shaft. Motor Connection Type (Base Type): The pump is connected to the motor via a coupling. A general-purpose motor can be assembled onto a common base with the pump, accommodating various changes such as explosion-proof and outdoor types. This type is also more suitable for high-temperature specifications. Motor Connection Type (Integrated Motor Type): The pump is connected to the motor via a coupling. Since a dedicated motor is used, it becomes relatively compact and lighter in weight.
