A small relay knitting machine with an interchangeable knitting head. It can accommodate sizes up to that of a sock, depending on the size of the knitting head.
It is a compact yet fully-fledged tubular knitting machine. It seamlessly knits fibers with special characteristics such as high elasticity, high strength, and heat resistance, making it ideal for covers for high-temperature piping. It is also capable of tubular knitting with ultra-fine resin fibers with a diameter of about 2mm. Tubular knitting can be performed while inserting different materials such as metal wires or carbon fibers into the core of the knit. The machine has a proven rotation speed of up to 3000 rpm, and compared to braiding, it does not require yarn rewinding, making it suitable for mass production.
