Conventional machines cannot achieve overall flat grinding unless they grind down to a low point in the case of warped or distorted materials, whereas this machine can grind with a constant amount of material removal due to its guiding mechanism. (For a material length of 6m with a warp of 20mm) Additionally, the split pads accommodate thickness discrepancies on both sides. (For a material width of 450mm with a warp of 3mm)
