In 1994, established Shanghai Yinghua Metal Products Co., Ltd. in Jinshan District, Shanghai, China. In 1995, changed to a corporation. In 1997, completed the KITO Clamp first and second warehouses in Kyoei Town, Obu City, Aichi Prefecture. Changed the joint venture Shanghai Yinghua Metal Products Co., Ltd. to Kito High Pressure Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yinghua Metal Products Co., Ltd. In 2007, completed a large frame manufacturing factory in Yokone Town, Obu City, Aichi Prefecture. In 2020, completed an electronic component assembly factory within the second warehouse.
