This testing device can conduct tests that automatically measure the change in transparency of samples, such as bioethanol placed in a test tube, by controlling the temperature in stages from +60°C to -95°C at pre-set temperatures. Additionally, by replacing the sensor for detecting the surface of the sample liquid, it can similarly control the temperature in stages, rotate the sample container by 90 degrees, and automatically measure the changes in the surface state of the sample optically.
