Leave the prototype processing to us. We can accommodate quantities starting from just one piece. We provide prototype samples for evaluation before mold production using cutting processes, as well as actual samples. We can handle a wide range of materials including iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium, and resin. Our equipment includes CAD/CAM, 5-axis machining, CNC composite lathes, NC discharge machining, wire-cut discharge machining, fine hole discharge, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, electric furnaces, and a 300-ton hydraulic press, among others.
