Calculations can be made for cast-in-place and precast RC/PC single, double, and double-layer box culverts in accordance with land improvement, road earthworks, and sewer systems.
We will conduct cross-section checks of box culverts (single, double, and two-layer) in accordance with the Land Improvement, Japan Road Association, and Japan Sewerage Association standards. Structural types can include cast-in-place, precast RC, and precast PC. According to sewerage standards, analyses for Level 1 and Level 2 are possible. Calculations considering internal pressure as a design load are also feasible. In the reinforcement design, appropriate reinforcement candidates based on section forces will be displayed, and calculations for anchorage lengths are possible. After confirming the content on the preview screen, output to Word is also available for the calculation report.

basic information
- Stress verification of box culvert components in both normal and seismic conditions. - The structure can be cast in place, precast RC, or precast PC. - The design scope allows for uplift and examination of foundation ground support capacity. - Design loads considered include earth pressure (vertical and horizontal), live load, water pressure (internal and external), buoyancy, and seismic loads. Arbitrary loads such as concentrated loads, uniformly distributed loads, temperature loads, and concentrated moments can also be considered. - For live loads, wheel loads from T-6 to TT-43 or crowd loads are considered. For wheel loads, modifications to the impact coefficient and reduction factor are possible. - When "road earthworks" is selected, the action width of the bottom slab reaction can be specified based on the slab width. - External water pressure complies with the "land improvement" standards. Other standards can also be applied, considering the pressure water head inside the box. - Seismic analysis is conducted with Level 1 using the allowable stress method and Level 2 using the response displacement method based on the limit state method. - In the section force verification, combinations of loads specified in the reference documents (load cases) are automatically displayed, and arbitrary load combinations can also be specified. Appropriate reinforcement combinations are displayed on the screen based on stress results. Calculation of anchorage length is also possible. - Each calculation result can be printed after previewing. Word output is also available.
