The galvano scanner moves freely within the laser head equipped with a laser oscillator, enabling scanning processing over a wide area. A representative example of a laser processing device using a galvano scanner is the laser marker. In recent years, various processing tasks beyond marking have been performed using laser markers. Since the laser marker is a device developed for marking, it can handle processing of certain materials; however, the range of processable materials is limited by the laser oscillator installed and its processing area. This is a proposal for new possibilities for those who have experienced the advantages of scanner processing.
