A tray is a "container" used for moving products between processes or for shipping final products. Cleaning trays is as important as cleaning the products themselves. Trays can become charged with static electricity, attracting small debris and dust. If the items placed on the tray are optical products like lenses, the debris on the tray can transfer to the lenses and stick to them. Lenses with attached debris can cause processing defects, product defects, and reduced yield in the next process. If the products placed on the tray are electronic components, any minute metallic foreign matter on the tray can stick to the electronic components when placed on the tray. If it adheres to the contacts, it can cause a short circuit. This is a serious product defect. The Tray Master is designed as a dedicated machine for fully automatic dry cleaning of trays. Trays placed in the Tray Master have static electricity thoroughly removed and foreign matter suctioned away. Dust and debris are collected by a built-in filter in the Tray Master. It is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter dust and debris into the working environment.

The Tray Master is equipped with a 3D cleaner, Typhoon Clean, which is designed to sandwich the tray from above and below. Typhoon Clean is a dust removal device for dry cleaning substrates with three-dimensional shapes that are not flat on the surface. Dust removal using Typhoon Clean is based on: 1) Static electricity removal using an electrostatic eliminator 2) High-speed pulse air blow from a rotating jet nozzle 3) Dust collection removal function The trays inserted into the Tray Master are subjected to high-speed pulse electrostatic blow from above and below, delivering "shock and micro-vibrations" to detach adhering foreign substances from the surface. Dust and dirt are effectively collected and removed by the filter. *Typhoon Clean can also be purchased separately.
