The Teflon tube piping connection can be easily secured with a hand-tightening mechanism, making it perfect for connectors used for low-pressure liquid transport around 500 kPa. It simplifies the connection of flow paths.
This is a fitting that connects a liquid delivery tube simply by hand-tightening. It is convenient for connecting liquid delivery tubes and constructing piping under low pressure conditions (up to about 500 kPa). Made of PEEK, it has excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance. We offer connectors compatible with two types of tubes: 1.5 mm and 3 mm. It is ideal for constructing liquid delivery systems such as low-pressure liquid chromatography. We also have a variety of PEEK joints in T-shape, four-way, and other configurations that are compatible. The pressure resistance is greatly influenced by the tube diameter, wall thickness, and female shape, but measurements may show 50 Kgf/cm² (5 MPa) for the 1.5 mm handy connector and 10 Kgf/cm² (1 MPa) for the 3 mm handy connector. However, our company does not guarantee this pressure resistance. Even complex piping can be easily constructed. With the same connector, it is also possible to connect silicone tubes and Tygon tubes with a diameter of 3 mm (though the pressure resistance may be slightly lower).
