This is a fitting and union made of PEEK for a handy connector that allows for easy tube connection and the creation of liquid flow paths through hand tightening. Custom orders are also available.
Made of PEEK, it has excellent heat and chemical resistance. It is ideal for connecting pipes that require sterilization treatment. We offer a variety of types, so it can accommodate connections in various configurations such as three-way, four-way, six-way, and irregular eight-way. It allows for easy creation of liquid flow paths. It is specifically designed for 1/8 and 1/16 inch tubes. It is also effective as a connector for not only Teflon tubes but also silicone tubes and Tygon tubes (Φ3mm). The pressure resistance is greatly influenced by the tube material, tube diameter, tube wall thickness, and female shape, but as a guideline for Teflon tubes, the following measurements may be observed: For 1/16 inch handheld connectors, up to 50 Kgf/cm² (5 MPa) For 1/8 inch handheld connectors, up to 10 Kgf/cm² (1 MPa) However, our company does not guarantee this pressure resistance. We accept custom processing of connectors based on our connector specifications (for 1/16 and 1/8 inch handheld connector tubes). Custom processing of various PEEK connectors is our specialty.
