This is a horizontal machining center with four-axis simultaneous control that can process a workpiece of 1000x1000 mm. It can handle heavy objects weighing up to 3 tons with an accuracy of within 2 microns. It incorporates patented technology that manages the machine's movements in the vertical, horizontal, and height directions to 0.1 nanometer precision, maintaining more than double the accuracy of competitor products. The table size of the "HX1000i" is 1 meter in both length and width, allowing for simultaneous processing of two workpieces weighing up to 3 tons each. The standard tool capacity is 150 tools, but it can be upgraded to a maximum of 200 tools as an option. The tool change time within the machine is 3 seconds. By adopting a four-speed gear drive for the spindle that manipulates the tools, it has more than double the torque of competitor products, making it capable of handling hard materials. Additionally, it weighs 57 tons, enhancing the machine's rigidity.
