Small and medium-sized enterprises will truly become independent and collaborate to compete globally. In order to establish and promote a business model, we must disseminate information. As a first step, I would like to form such collaborations and begin exploring needs. I have not previously considered collaborations with industries that I haven't thought much about, such as primary industries like agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, as well as collaborations within the same industry, different industries, custom parts for cars and motorcycles, and even hobbies like fishing. We need to search for niche markets in areas that large manufacturers cannot reach and in the long tail segments, and think of new services. I believe there are many needs like, "If only there was something like this... it would be so convenient," or "If I had just a little more... this tool would make it so much easier." However, people often don't know where to express these needs or how much they would cost. I want to respond to such needs, but honestly, I am uncertain about what specific needs exist. Therefore, I thought of utilizing the web through Ipros to disseminate information.
