Measurement errors due to the surface condition of the objects are eliminated by implementing our contact measurement method. It allows for measurement and pass/fail judgment, and the data is automatically registered on the inspection sheet. The introduction of the switch probe in the probe head has enabled high-precision measurements, which have been very well received by our customers. In conventional laser displacement sensor (non-contact) measurements, each measurement target was assessed point by point, and the method lacked reliability due to the influence of the object's surface condition and gloss.
