The PC Torque Analyzer is a torque testing and analysis system developed to dynamically analyze the tightening torque of screws such as tapping screws and small screws, in order to select optimal tightening conditions. Until now, torque testing machines required large-scale testing equipment to graphically display the torque values that change during tightening. The PC Torque Analyzer replaces complex torque analysis equipment by converting the high-speed dynamic signals of tightening torque from a torque sensor into A/D signals and connecting to a computer via USB, allowing for instantaneous graphical display and analysis of torque data on the computer screen. Traditional torque analysis equipment was limited to low-speed testing, unlike high-speed electric drivers used in actual assembly sites, and also required the production of dedicated test pieces. The PC Torque Analyzer can conduct tests under the same tightening conditions as those in manufacturing sites, and it displays the target tightening torque with tolerances using statistical methods. The testing machine itself is available in two types: an AC servo type that allows for arbitrary settings of rotation speed and stopping torque from a computer, and an electric driver type equipped with an electric driver used in actual manufacturing sites.
