This is a line dispensing device for immunochromatography based on inkjet technology. By setting the line length and the amount of dispensing reagent from the computer screen, you can draw the desired line. Since it is non-contact, there is no worry about damaging the membrane. The reagent containers can accommodate not only 15ml and 50ml centrifuge tubes but also 1.5ml microtubes. Once you set the precious antibody reagent in the 1.5ml microtube, you are ready to go. The nozzles are interchangeable, making cleaning and maintenance easy. We have prepared nozzles with diameters of 100um for thin lines, 180um for medium lines, and 250um for thick lines. When adding inkjet nozzles, it is easy to expand the inkjet nozzle unit. Since all devices are developed in-house, we can accommodate customer customization. You can also draw the same line multiple times, so there is no concern about line breaks due to air bubbles. As a new service, we have started offering users of the device the opportunity to use the Immunoliner 200 for 50,000 yen for four hours. The inkjet nozzle is fixed, and the table moves, allowing for straighter lines to be drawn. It can dispense thin lines of less than 1mm. By changing the nozzle, you can switch between thin and thick lines. The 100um nozzle is optimal for dispensing thin lines. The line length, dispensing amount, nozzle height, and nozzle position can all be freely adjusted. Control is done from the included computer, and operation is simply a matter of setting the conditions and clicking the start button, making it computer-controlled. Issues with line interruptions due to air bubbles can also be resolved by drawing the lines twice or three times. Please take the opportunity to verify the performance of the Immunoliner.
