1. High-precision current output. Correction through current value monitoring is unnecessary. 2. High-precision voltage measurement. High-precision measurement is possible to detect voltage fluctuations caused by a 1°C temperature change in the element. 3. Four-terminal connection. Voltage drops due to connection cables to the DUT are compensated. (For example, a voltage drop of 1Ω for a round trip at 10mA can result in a significant error factor of 10mV.) 4. Noise countermeasures enabling high-precision measurement. By synchronizing the power supply for photometry, suppression of noise from indoor fluorescent light flicker and AC power is achieved. 5. Fully automated lifetime testing is possible with control software for Windows. Measurement values for all 128 channels are collected at 2-second intervals, and the measurement interval can be set in five stages from 2 seconds to 24 hours. (Example: the first 5 minutes at 2-second intervals, the next hour at 30-second intervals, the next 12 hours at 5-minute intervals, the next 24 hours at 10-minute intervals, followed by 60-minute intervals.)
