A hexagonal chip that excels in strength and economy. 1) The chip thickness is 6.35 mm, which is thick, and the cutting edge cross-sectional strength relative to the mounting hole diameter is improved by 40% compared to conventional products. 2) The chip sits well, allowing for stable cutting without chatter even during rough machining. 3) The outer circumference and front cutting edge angles are relieved in relation to the machined surface, reducing cutting resistance during machining. 4) It achieves high cutting depth and feed processing with a maximum cutting depth of 5 mm and a feed rate of 1 mm per edge (when using 7 corners). 5) The cutting depth can be up to 12 mm (however, the use of 7 corners is not allowed). 2. Adopting "G-Body" made of heat-resistant, tough steel + GN treatment. 1) With a surface hardness of over 65 HRC, it is highly hard and resistant to thermal deformation, providing high rigidity and increasing the durability of the main body and tool life by over 30%.
