Good news for developers aiming to miniaturize liquid delivery systems! We have developed a compact hand-tight connector, Handy Connector, for 1/16 inch (1.5 mm) Teflon tubes. Since it can be tightened by hand, complex piping can be achieved with just a single touch. Most importantly, its small size allows for the miniaturization of devices and containers. Made of PEEK, it also boasts excellent chemical resistance. Additionally, we offer a variety of options, including high-pressure flanges (flare fit) for processing. There has been a challenge with conventional flanges (flare fit) processing for tubes with an outer diameter of 1.5 mm and an inner diameter of 0.5 mm or less. Our new connector features a screw standard of 10-32, making flange processing at the tube end easy. The miniaturization of the connector also makes it ideal for HPLC and flow piping.
