Excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, self-lubrication, and chemical resistance, demonstrating performance in suitable applications.
The ultra polymer "Film/Sheet" is a film/sheet made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene obtained by secondary processing (sky diving processing) of long and large billets produced by advanced continuous extrusion molding technology. 【Features】 ■ Wear Resistance The friction rate on carbon steel, brass, and stainless steel is very low, exhibiting wear resistance several times to dozens of times greater than that of general high-density polyethylene. ■ Impact Resistance In impact tests (with notches), it does not break under normal fracture tests and maintains this performance even in extremely low-temperature environments. ■ Self-Lubricating It has a low friction coefficient, showing a dynamic friction coefficient comparable to that of fluororesin. ■ Electrical Insulation The dielectric breakdown voltage is high at 50KV/mm, with a low dielectric constant, approximating that of fluororesin (ptfe>2.1UPE>2.3). ■ Chemical Resistance It is unaffected by common acids, alkalis, and organic chemicals (except for concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, halogenated hydrocarbons, and aromatic hydrocarbons). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has discovered new possibilities in the molding and processing of fluororesins, expanding into various fields from semiconductors and liquid crystals to secondary batteries, as well as automobiles and life sciences. We have now grown into a comprehensive engineering company centered on fluororesin processing, supporting a wide range of industries. Currently, we operate five factories in Japan, six domestic group companies, and six overseas companies (in South Korea, Taiwan, China, and Vietnam).
