【Features】 - The control unit is a compact module, saving installation space. - Maintenance-free viscosity measurement is possible for quality control of viscosity and management of the polymerization process. - A vibration-type viscometer with excellent cleanability. - Can be used continuously during stirring in the polymerization reaction vessel. - Completely free of wear parts, highly robust, and safe to use in environments with vibrations and severe temperature changes. - The viscosity measurement range can be freely specified from 0 to 100 mPa.s up to 0 to 1×10^6 mPa.s (1 mPa.s = 1 cP). - The sensor part is fully welded and sealed, making it usable even with high-temperature, high-pressure, high-viscosity slurry liquids. - Compact and lightweight (3 kg), requiring very little installation space and minimizing fluid head loss. - Optionally, the wetted parts can be Teflon-coated or electropolished to enhance chemical resistance or cleanability. - Explosion-proof sensors are also available for use in hazardous areas under severe conditions of 300°C and 15MP (150 bar).
