The Spectroil Q100 is a state-of-the-art solid-state spectrometer designed specifically for oil analysis. The proven and reliable Rotating Disk Electrode (RDE) method enables the measurement of trace concentrations of particles dissolved or suspended in mineral oils and synthetic oils. The Spectroil Q100 inherits the technology and design concepts that Spectro Inc. has employed in the Spectroil M series for many years. All of Spectro's oil analysis devices provide innovative features, are user-friendly, and make the most of this durable technology, making them standard equipment in many oil analysis laboratories around the world that require rapid analysis of wear metals, contaminants, and additives in lubricants. The Spectroil Q100 is fully compliant with ASTM D6595, the standard test method for the analysis of wear metals and contaminants in used lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids by the Rotating Disk Electrode Atomic Emission Spectroscopy method.
