Are you having trouble with containers for delivering small amounts of reagent solution to reaction vessels? With this cap, disposable conical tubes (centrifuge tubes) can easily be transformed into reagent containers. You will be able to deliver liquid from disposable conical tubes (centrifuge tubes) using air pressure. There is no need to worry about cleaning and sterilizing the containers every time you change reagents. We offer two types for 15ml and 50ml conical tubes (centrifuge tubes). The materials available are two types: Duracon and autoclaveable PEEK. Please give it a try for transporting small amounts of reagent solution. Additionally, our company offers various air pressure delivery caps for conical tubes compatible with different columns and bottles. Currently, the 15ml cap is specifically designed for Corning's 15ml conical tubes or Falcon's tubes, but we also accommodate custom orders, so feel free to reach out to us.

The conical tube cap consists of an air tube connection connector unit that allows for pressurization by air pressure and a cap unit for Teflon tubes that transport reagent solutions from centrifuge tubes. Both delivery tubes use Φ1.5 mm Teflon tubes. For pressurization, the cap for 15 ml uses a Φ1.8 mm urethane tube, while the cap for 50 ml uses a Φ4 mm urethane tube. The tubes can be easily prepared as they are hand-tightened. Pressure can be applied up to 100 kPa or more. By using an air pump, it is easy to construct a delivery system that does not require motors or syringe pumps, significantly simplifying the equipment and system.
